No, we do not take success fees, so Tradies keep all the money they earn from App-generated jobs. This is one of the things that makes the App unique; we do not and will not take success fees from Tradies.

This means that every Tradie must supply their ID, which is immediately checked by our verification team. Fake ID’s are not allowed. This provides a measure of comfort and security for customers.

Yes! The chat room is private between the Tradie and Customer

You should hear back within 10 hours, as we put a time limit on Tradies registering their interest in the job. You can reach out to 3 Tradies at a time.

If a Tradie doesn’t respond within 10 hours, you can reselect.

Customers: The App is free for you. You only have to pay the Tradie.

Sole Tradies: Two months free and then $85 + GST per month after that.

Companies: Two months free, then $185 + GST per month after that.

Yes, our payment gateway is powered by Stripe so totally secure.

You send your job description to up to three Tradies you like the sound of. You can message each other through a private chat when they come back to you. Once you’ve decided who fits best, select the ‘Confirm Tradie’ button and get the ball rolling. You then have the option to call but can continue to chat.

Trades Up features a broad range of industries, which is expanding daily. You can view these in the App.
